The main character

I jumped around with ideas for the main protagonists of the game, but I knew they needed to be small and rodent-like. In the end, I went for the design below, previously I had similar models but with more of a human look, I preferred this choice however because I felt it fit with the surreal nature of the game.

The model wasn’t too difficult to make or texture, I used blenders vertex paint to texture and a simple bump map to add depth. Screen Shot 2017-02-07 at 15.22.51.png
